NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written March 14, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used Andy Cooper's Lady Heart, which you can purchase here.

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made-to-match kit of the same name by Devilish Dezines.  you can purchase it here.)
-- template of choice.  I'm using a great tempate by Avenue from a Creative Misfits collaboration, you can find these templates here
-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by FairyGem, also from a Misfits collection.  you can get those masks here.
-- the plugins EyeCandy, Visman and Tramages.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I am using KellyAnnGothic.

And now, let's create!

1.   Duplicate template and save copy as your canvas and delete the credit layer.  If using the same template, delete the word art layer as well.

2.   Choose a dark paper and add it as your background layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

3.  Select layer 1 of the template.  Click outside it with your magic wand and paste in a patterned or multicolored paper above that layer.  Hit your delete key.

4.  Repeat the previous step with layer 4 of the template and the same paper, but rotate/move the paper to show a different part of it.

5.  Select layer 5 of the template.  Repeat step 3 with a third, brighter colored paper from your kit.

6.  Select layer 10 of the template.  In the adjust menu, go to Color Balance > Manual Color Correction and change the shape's color to one from your tube.  Repeat this step with layer 9 but use a different color from your tube.

7.  Select ONE of these shapes with your magic wand.  In your plugins menu, go to VM Instant Art > Cassini and apply the following settings:

8.  Select your other shape with your magic wand.  In your plugins menu, go to Tramages > Accelerating Daisies and apply the following settings:

9.  Paste in your tube and apply Jazzy's drop shadow.  Drop the tube layer under the shapes layer and position on whichever side you prefer.

10.  Time to get your elements on!   Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

31 (crown) - 30%.  place just to right of tube.
30 (wild grass) - 50%.  place opposite of tube.
34 (wildflower stem) - 40%.  place at the left edge of the wild grass patch.
39 (red flower pair) - 40%.  place along bottom edge of heart frame layer.  drop shadow TWICE.
24 (single butterfly) - 8%.  perch on tube's hand if using the same tube I am.  if a different tube, position to your liking.
25 (wax seal) - 15%.  place next to crown.
2 (tealight candle) - 30%.  place on other side of crown.  NO drop shadow.
15 (butterfly scatter) -  45%.  drop below tube layer.  NO drop shadow.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and create a faint white glow setting on this layer.

11.   Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  In your effects menu, go to Inner Bevel and apply the following settings:

12.   In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

13.   Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9/10 point.

and you're all done!  Enjoy your new tag!
