NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written March 16, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used a beautiful poser by Tammy's Welt named Minami, which you can purchase here.

-- scrap kit of choice (I used a kit called "Orange Japan" by Kai Kreations.  you can purchase it here.)
-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by BrutalDesigns.
-- the plugin EyeCandy (Glass and Gradient Glow).
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I am using JSA LoveChinese.

It's time to create!

1.  Select a frame from your kit.  Duplicate, close original and save the copy as your canvas.

2.  Paste in your tube and resize as needed.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow and position on the left hand side of your frame.

3.  Select a paper from your kit (a scenic one if your kit has it works best).  Paste this paper in as the background inside your frame.  Resize and/or drag as needed.  Select your frame layer and click outside it with your magic wand.  On your paper layer - selections > modify > expand by 7 and hit your delete key.

4.  Choose a patterned or contrasting color paper and paste in as the bottommost layer.  Apply your mask and merge group.

5.  If using the same kit I am, paste in one copy each of the two dragon elements.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow to each.  Resize each of the first dragons to 50% and 45% respectively.  Duplicate each dragon once and hide the copies.   Position the first two dragons to fly inside the frame scene, positioning and rotating to your preference.  Unhide the copies.  Resize one another 60% and position it inside the scene.  Resize the last one 60% and place along the top of the frame.

6.  Time to get your elements on!   Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

3 (pagoda roof) - 30%.  place inside frame along bottom edge.  use freeform tool to cut away excess showing outside frame.
50 (orange-flower tree) - 70%.  move to right of pagoda roof.
8 (paper lantern) - 45%.  hang on frame in place of your choice.
26 (open fan) -  45%.  place at bottom behind tube.
15 (peach-orange rose) - 40%.  place along bottom of frame.
35 (tiger lily) - 30%.
71 (dark orange flower) - 30%.

7.   Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  In your plugins menu go to EyeCandy > Glass and apply default settings with the cutaround bevel profile.

8.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.

and you're all done!  Enjoy your new tag!
