Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice. I am using the "Lil Angel 2" doll by Lady Mishka. You can purchase her at S&CO.)
-- scrap kit of choice (I used "Angel Dust" by Mariel Design. you can get this kit here.)
-- font of choice. I used Cheri.
Banner:
1. Open a new canvas, 650x200. Select a dark paper from your kit and paste it as your background.
2. Select one of the kit's frames that has rounded or decorative edges. Paste it into your canvas and move it to the left hand side of your banner so that only part of it is visible along the left hand edge. Duplicate this layer and mirror the copy to the other side. Flip (CTRL-I) the copy layer so the design on it runs the opposite way. It should now look something like this:
3. Paste in your tube and position to your liking. Resize if necessary. Apply Jazzy's drop shadow.
4. Now let's add in a few elements. Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice. All elements are resized with the smart size setting. Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:
56 (tree of stars) - 50%. place on opposite side from tube.
28 (cloud) - 35%. duplicate and place in different spots behind the tube layer. NO drop shadow.
30 (harp) - 15%. rotate 10-15 degrees left and prop against tree.
3 (flock of doves) - 25%. NO drop shadow.
14 (metallic star scatter) - 20%.
26 (blue-spectrum rainbow) - place behind cloud layer on left.
34 (dove) - 15%. perch on harp.
59 (blue swirl of sparkles) - 65%. place over lower half of tube.
5. Floodfill with a light color from your tube or kit. Selections > modify > contract by 6 and hit your delete key. In your effects menu, go to texture effects > texture > select the cork texture from the drop down box and use the default settings.
6. Create a new raster layer. Type your name and position it to your liking. Go to your effects menu > 3D effects > Inner Bevel and apply the following settings:
7. Apply Jazzy's drop shadow but choose a color from your tube or kit.
8. Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
Avatar:
1. Create new canvas - size 180x180.
2. Paste in your paper from banner or a new paper of choice. Drag to show the area/colors you wish to show.
3. Paste in your tube and position to your liking. Resize if needed.
4. Paste in the rainbow and one cloud from your banner. Position these behind your tube.
5. Paste in the flock of doves and position them over the rainbow layer.
6. Paste in the blue swirl, resize 40% and move over the bottom half of your tube.
7. Add in element 10 (the white cliff) and resize 50%. place so that it partially shows in the lower corner opposite your tube and below your rainbow.
8. Repeat step 5 from the banner directions to create a border layer.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 for your initial and copyright.
