NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written January 17, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Charlotte by Pandora.  You can purchase her at Pics for Design.)
-- scrap kit "Valentine Time" by MistyLynn.  you can also purchase this kit at PFD also.
-- the plugins Crescent Moon and Visman.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.

-- template of choice.  I used a great template by Pooker.
-- font of choice.

1.  Paste your tube onto your template.  Resize tube if needed.
[optional]  If using the same template I am using, hide the black square layers for now.

2.  Paste patterned paper of choice above one of the template's background shapes.  Using your magic wand, click outside the shape, return to your paper layer and hit the delete key.  Repeat this step using a non-patterned paper and another background shape.

3.  Apply basic drop shadow to your tube and then position her on the right hand side.

4.  if your template has accent shapes (mine are the "swirls"), use your color replacer tool and choose a color from your tube to color them.

5.  In your plugins menu, go to Crescent Moon > Cut Glass and apply the following settings to your accent shapes:

6.   Choose the heart (or smaller) shapes on your template.  Floodfill each with a color from your tube.  In your plugins menu, go to VM Natural > Lightburst and apply the following settings:

[optional - if you would like each shape to have a slightly different lightburst look, play with the frequency setting on each one.]

7.  Choose an outside shape layer (on my template, it is the dotted line outermost circle).  Go to Effects > Texture Effects > Glass Mosaic and apply the following settings:

8.  It's time for some elements!  My list of elements is from the kit I am using, so if you're using a different kit, use whatever elements you like to fit your design.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise stated:

16 (ribbon) - as is, across the bottom center
45 (red lips) -  45%, mirror.
47 (pills) - 30%.  place just to the right of lips layer.
29 (love heart) - 35%.  place at feet/bottom of tube.
40 (bow) - 25%.  place on left-side heart/shape on your template.
50 (glass) - 45%.  place to left of and under lips layer.
57 (sparkles) - NO drop shadow.  place along lower half of tag to your liking.

9.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Type out your name and then go to Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel and apply the following settings:

10.  Apply basic drop shadow to your name, but change the color to white.

11.  Create new raster layer for your copyright/watermark.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9 point.
