NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written May 16, 2013.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used a Rac tube.  his shop is here)
-- scrap kit "Naughty Jinx" by MistyLynn  you can also purchase this at SATC here.
-- preset shape of choice.  there are tons of GREAT shapes at Scrap Stuff by Shawna.
-- the plugins Tramages and Lokas.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3.
-- mask of choice.
-- font of choice.

Let's get creating!

1.  Open your tube, duplicate, close original.  Hide tube layer for now.

2.  Choose your preset shape tool.  Choose color from tube and draw your shape in center of canvas.  Convert to raster layer

3.  In your plugins menu, go to Tramages > Tow The Line w the following settings:

4.  Apply paper 9.  Apply mask.  Merge group, drop your masked layer under your shape layer.
5.  Apply frame 3.  Make sure it's centered.  Resize 85% smart size.

6.  Drop tube layer under frame layer, unhide.  Resize tube if needed (I resized mine 85% bicubic), position as you like.  Apply a drop shadow using the basic drop shadow settings mentioned up top.

7.  On your frame layer, click your magic wand inside the frame.  Go to selections > modify > expand by 8, invert.  Return to tube layer and hit your delete key.

8.  Duplicate frame layer, drop this under tube layer.  Go to effects > texture effects > antique mosaic with the following settings:

9.  Let's add some elements - All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply basic drop shadow after each element is placed.  Check my tag for placement.
Discochain01 - 35%, hang from spike on frame.
Skull01 - 35%, upper right.
JinxMix - 50%
Drink01 - 45%
Naughty or nice sign - 50%
Hearthalo - 30%
Shoe02 - 25%.  Duplicate and merge so you have a pair.
Winged lips - 35%
Lipstick - 30%

10.  Create new raster layer for your  name.  In your plugins menu, go to Lokas Gel with the following settings:

Apply a basic drop shadow.

11.  Create new raster layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.

12.  Create one more new raster layer, floodfill with white and send it to the bottom.  Crop out any excess white space if needed and save as png.

and you're all done!
