NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written November 6, 2016.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.  (I used "Red Woolen" by Danny Lee, which you can purchase here.)

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made-to-match kit by Designz by Sue, which you can purchase here)
-- mask of choice (I am using a mask from the Creative Misfits blog.)
-- template of choice (I am using a template by Pooker.)
-- plugins Visman Mosaic Ripple and Radial Pox, Mura Meister Copies and Eye Candy Gradient Glow.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I used MF Queen Leela.

1.  Open template, duplicate, close original and save the template copy as your new canvas.

2.  Open up three papers of choice, choosing at least one patterned paper.  Select the bottom rectangle layer.  Select all, float, defloat and paste in paper.  Invert, then hit your delete key.  Repeat with rectangle 2 and the circle layers.

3.  Select the ring layer and colorize with a color from your tube or kit.

4.  Paste in another paper as bottom layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

5.  Click the ring layer with magic wand.  In plugins menu go to VM Distortion > Mosaic Ripple and apply the following settings:

6.  Paste in your tube.  Resize as needed and apply drop shadow.  Place slightly left of center.

7.  Merge strip layers together.  Duplicate and flip, then move to create four strips.  Merge these layers together.  Repeat step 3.

8.  In plugins menu, go to VM Distortion > Radial Pox and apply the following settings:

9.  Let's add in your elements.   Numbers/names apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Any directions for placement of elements are optional - you can follow my placements or or place where preferred.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

1 (mittens) - 35%.
2 (earmuffs) - 40%.
3 (scarf) - 40% .
4 (hearts) - 55%.
11 (curly ribbon) - 50%  In plugins menu, go to Mura Meister Copies and use the encircle preset, number set to 30 or above.  Drop this layer just above mask.
65 (puppy) - 30%.
39 (paper hearts) - 40%.
13 (berry branch) - 70%.
50 (confetti) - 50%. NO drop shadow.
24 (sparkles) - 60%.  place as top layer.  NO drop shadow.

10.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Type your name and position to your liking.  Go to Inner Bevel and apply the following settings:

11.  In your plugins menu, go to Eye Candy Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

12.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
