CT TAGS ~ Amelia

 Ishika Chowdhury's lovely tube "Amelia" could be summed up in one word: sophistication.  With her two-part floor length frock that comes in eight different color options, she can be used to make a wealth of tags for all themes.  Blissful Designs has made a gorgeous kit to match that goes with the purple, brown and silver layers.  You can purchase both tube and kit at S&CO.
