NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written June 29, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used the tube USA Country Girl by Tammy's Welt.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice (I used Tammy's matching kit called USA Country, which you can grab here.)
-- template of choice.  I used a template by Pooker.
-- mask of choice.   I used a mask by ButterflyFlutterby.
-- the plugin Gradient Glow (EyeCandy).
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I am using AmericanDream.

1.  Open your template, duplicate and close the original.  Save as your new canvas and resize as needed.

2.  Open four papers, all of different colors.  Highlight shape 2 on the template with your magic wand.  Paste in your first paper and hit your delete key.  Repeat this step with shapes 4 and 6 and your next two papers.  Repeat again with your long thin rectangle shapes and three of your papers.

3.  Paste in another paper as your bottom layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

4.  Paste in your tube.  Resize as needed and apply drop shadow.  Place on left hand side of canvas by rectangles.

5.  Time for some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

52 (eagle) - 55%.  place to sit on one of the frame shapes.
8 (hat) - 50%.  place at bottom opposite from tube.
14 (sunglasses) - 35%.  place against brim of hat.
12 (butterfly) - 15%.  place on top of hat.
64 (coil rope) - 40%.  place next to tube.
22 (long grass) - 50%.  place along inside of bottom shape frame.  duplicate twice and arrange to make a line of grass.  merge these layers together.
50 (red long flowers) - 50%.  place among the grass.
5 (flag) - 55%.  place inside topmost smaller frame shape.
33, 69, 74 (firework bursts) - 30-35%.  place behind flag.  drop shadow OPTIONAL.  use freeform tool to cut away excess outside frame shape.

6.  Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  Apply a light inner bevel with settings of your choice.

7.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

8.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
