NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written August 31, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Nura by Toriya.  You can purchase her at S&CO.)
-- made-to-match scrap kit "Pretty" by Bibi's Collection.  you can also purchase this kit here.
-- template of choice.  I used a template by Missy.  visit her blog to find tons of great goodies.
-- the plugin Lokas Aqua.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.

-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by Jenny.
-- font of choice.  I used HucklebuckJF.

Now let's create!

1.  Open template, duplicate, close original and save duplicate as your canvas.  If using the same template I am, delete the word art, small black circle and pink circle layers.

2.  Choose a paper from your kit (I chose Paper5) and paste it as your bottom layer.  Apply your chosen mask and merge as group.

3.  On your template, click on the BlackFrame layer and paste a second paper of your choice under it (I chose Paper3).  Return to frame layer and click outside the frame with your magic wand.  Go to selections > modify > expand by 3.  Return to paper layer and hit your delete key.

4.  Paste in your tube.  Apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow.  Duplicate tube and hide copy.  Place main tube under your frame and repeat latter half of step three to cut away excess.

5.  In your layer palette, change blend mode to multiply and lower opacity to 90.

6.  Unhide your tube copy.  Resize if needed (I resized to 30% bicubic).  Mirror and place on left hand side of canvas.

7.  Floodfill the black frame layer with a dark color from your tube.  Optional - apply a light inner bevel to the frame.

8.  Now let's add some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

17 (trailing vines) - 60%.  drop below side circle frame and rotate/trim if needed so that vines do not cover your tube's face.
19 (tall vines with spirals) - 80%.  place behind your tube copy.
4 (pink flower buds on bent vine) - 75%.  place behind your tube copy so that they peek out on left-hand side.
63 (flower with buds - 30%.  hang from upper right corner of your frame.
110 (dark blue thistle flower) - 50%.  place along bottom edge of black frame layer.
105 (droopy bow) - 40%.  hang from frame in desired spot.
57 (papier-mache flower) - 35%.  place over bow knot.
7 (colorful bird) - 25%.  perch on vine in preferred spot.
150 (lipstick and polish set) - 55%.  place in framed circle on right and drop below all other element layers.  change blend mode to multiply and lower opacity to 56%.
100 (gold compact) - 45%.  place in framed circle with above element.
136 (perfume bottle) - 35%.  place in framed circle with above elements.
153 (sparkle trail) - place as desired.  NO drop shadow.

 9.  Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking. In your plugins menu, go to Lokas Aqua and use the following settings:

10.  Go to effects > 3D effects > Drop Shadow and use the following settings:  3, 3, 95, 2.6 and a contrasting color from your tube.

11.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9/10 point.

and you're all done!  Enjoy your new tag!
