NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written June 25, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.  I am using Rainbow by Carpe Diem.  You can purchase her at S&CO.)

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made to match kit by Mariel Design.  you can get this kit here.)
-- template of choice.  I'm using FB template #11 by Millie.  Check out her blog for her great selection of FB cover templates.
-- a color gradient of your choice.  I'm using "runbow" by Kris.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I used Coiled Uncial.

Now, let's create!

Cover:
1.   Open template, duplicate, close original and save as a new canvas.  Delete the "be aware" word art if using the same template.

2.  Choose two papers from your kit of differing colors/patterns.  Paste the first paper as your background layer, then paste in the second paper.  click on layer 2 (the pink strip) with magic wand, then go to selections > invert.  Return to the 2nd paper and hit your delete key.

3.  Repeat the latter half of step 2 with layer 3 (black strip) and layer 4 (large pink circle), using contrasting papers.

4.  Paste in your tube.  Resize as needed and apply basic drop shadow.  Move to the right hand side of your cover on top of layer 4.  Select layer 4 and click outside with magic wand.  Return to tube layer and hit delete key.  Deselect.

5.  And now time for some elements.   Numbers/names apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

1 (red flower) - 20%.
2 (orange sunflower) - 20%.
3 (tiger lily) - 20%.
69 (violet flower) - 25%.  Line these flowers up in the center, evenly spaced.  Drop all layers below layer 4.
9 (rainbow) - NO drop shadow.
91 (daisy scatter) - 30%.   Place these behind tube layer (rainbow above daisies) and repeat latter half of step 4 to remove excess outside circle.
105 (hummingbird) - 15%.  Place where preferred.
43 (blue light bursts) - Paste in below layer 4 and align along center under flower elements.  Change drop shadow color to WHITE.
57 (fairy sparkles) - 60%.  Paste in above rainbow/daisy elements but below tube and move to right hand side.  NO drop shadow.

6.   Click on the border layer (layer 6) and floodfill with your gradient.  Go to adjust > add/remove noise > add noise and apply the following settings:  Noise 49%, random, monochrome UNchecked.

7.   Create a new raster layer for your name.  Use your gradient as the text color.  Type your name and place it to your liking.  In your effects menu, go to 3D effects > inner bevel and apply the following settings:

8.   In your effects menu, go to 3D effects > drop shadow and apply the following settings.  Make sure to choose a DARK color:

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on along the top.  *Remember that you cannot use urls on Facebook due to their rules, so the next best alternative is to credit the artist's or store's FB page - for S&CO tubes, I put @ScrapsNCompany*

10.  Delete the black square that marks the profile photo area.

Profile Photo:
1.  Open a new canvas, 180x180.  Copy light paper of choice and paste into canvas.

2.  Copy and paste rainbow element from the banner and resize 70%.  Hit ctrl-M (mirror) so it falls in the opposite direction from the banner.

3.  Paste tube into canvas.  Resize 80% and mirror.

4.  Copy the blue light bursts and paste in over rainbow but under tube.  Resize 55%.

5.  Choose three of your flowers from your banner and paste each one in.  Drag each down to the very bottom of your canvas and position so that only the fringe of the petals is visible along the edge.  See profile pic below for example.

6.  Create a new raster layer and floodfill with a color from your tube or kit.  Click your magic wand inside the layer and go to selections > modify > contract by 5.  Hit your delete key.  Repeat step 6.

7.  Repeat steps 7-9 from banner directions for your initial and copyright.
