NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written June 14, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used the tube Mermaid by Alfadesire.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice that includes an arch or open window frame element (I used the gorgeous match kit by Bibi's Collection, which you can grab here.)
-- mask of choice.   I am using a mask by Myth from a Creative Misfits collab.  The Misfits blog has lots of great masks here.
-- the plugin EyeCandy (Bevel Boss and Gradient Glow).
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color white.
-- font of choice.  I am using Bubbly.

1.   Open a dark colored frame from your scrap kit.  Duplicate, close original and save as new canvas.  Resize canvas to 750x750.

2.  Open your arch/window frame element and paste it in behind the frame.  Resize if needed and position so that most of the area beyond the arch/window is visible.  It should look similar to this:

3.  Choose a light or scenic paper and paste behind your arch.  Click your magic wand on the outside of the frame layer.  Selections > modify > expand by 10 and hit your delete key.

4.  Paste in a dark patterned paper as the bottom layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

5.  Paste in your tube.  Apply the drop shadow and resize tube.  Position so that she is sitting on the right hand side of the frame while making sure that the majority of the area beyond the arch/window is still visible.

6.  Time for some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

11 (column piece) - 25%.  place to the left near the edge of the frame/arch.
37 (shoe) - 50%.  hang from center of arch slightly to the right.
38 (helmet) - 30%.  place on "floor" inside arch.  [optional - If you are using a scenic paper with a sandy floor, use your clone brush tool to bring up some of the sand to "bury" this element]
62 (vase) - 20%.  repeat the optional step from the helmet element placement if desired.
64 (dagger) - 20%.  rotate 20 degrees left and place inside vase.  use freehand tool to erase parts of dagger visible outside the vase.
79 (necklace) - 30%.  place next to helmet.
96 (plant leaves) - place around vase.
95 (green shell) - 35%.  Duplicate and place one on right hand side of frame.  Resize the copy another 80%, flip and place near the column.
86 (seaweed strands) - 30%.  duplicate and place one near center by helmet and necklace.  place other along column piece.
45 (anchor) - 20%.  place in center and repeat optional step from the helmet element if desired.
40 (seaweed clump) - 30%.  duplicate four times and place at random inside the arch/frame.
89 (school of fish) - 20%.  place in upper left area of arch.
43 (starfish) - 10%.  place in sand.
92 (multicolored fish) - 15%.  place near shoe.
26 (crab) - 35%.  place next to tube on outside of frame.  [optional - if your name is long, save this step until the end and place crab on your name]

7.  Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  In your plugins menu, go to Eye Candy > Bevel Boss and apply the Inner Carve preset, but under the "bevel profile" tab, change the profile to "flat".

8.  Go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
