NOTE: you MAY link to this tut.  you MAY print it out for later use offline.  you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it.  this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written June 1, 2013.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Neoracer's lovely Brittany--you can buy her here at Scraps and the City.)
-- the plugins MuRa Meister and Tramages
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3.

-- a twinkle or sparkle tube.  there are some available here.
-- preset shape of choice.
-- mask of choice.  i used a mask by MsKris.
-- font of choice.  i used Blades Regular.

Now let's create!

1.  Open a new canvas, 550x550.

2.  Choose your preset shape tool and in the menu, select the shape you plan to use.  Draw your shape on the canvas using stroke only.  Move your shape to the center if it is off-center.  Convert to raster.

3.  Put tube layer under the shape.  On shape layer, click outside the shape with your magic wand.  Selections > modify > expand by 2 and return to tube layer.  Hit your delete key.  Now you should only have parts of your tube inside the shape.

4.  Apply basic drop shadow on your tube.

5.  Create new raster, floodfill with a color from your tube.  in your plugins menu, go to Tramages > Glass Pyramids, and set the divisions to 57.

6.  Repeat step 3.  Drop this layer under your tube layer.

7.  Create new raster, floodfill with same color as before.  in your plugins menu, go to Mura Meister > Cloud and apply the following settings:

8.  Apply your mask, merge group.  In your layer palette, send this layer to the bottom.

9.  Return to the top layer, paste in tube closeup.  Resize if needed - I resized mine 80% bicubic.  Place on the left side of your canvas.

10.  Open your twinkle tube file, paste it.  Duplicate once and place them according to my example.

11.  Paste it in again, but this time, resize 50%.  Duplicate and place according to example.

12.  Create new raster layer for your copyright/watermark.  Use small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9 point to put your © on element 42.

13.   Create new raster layer for your name.  Place it along the bottom.  Go to effects > 3D effects > inner bevel with the following settings:

14.  Apply basic drop shadow to your name.

15.  Create one more new raster layer, floodfill with white and send it to the bottom.  Crop out any excess white space if needed and save as png.

And you're all done...enjoy your new tag!
