Garnet: January's birthstone is one of the oldest known gemstones and its name comes from the Latin word for grain or seed, which is said to reference pomegranate seeds.  Legends and stories of many world cultures revere the garnet as a protector from physical harm and a blood purifier, as well as being considered symbols of romantic love.  Fun fact:  Garnets can actually come in many colors, but are most recognizable in their deep red form.

QTags by Suzie Q's beautiful January Garnet kit presents the birthstone perfectly with a palette of traditional garnet hues and golds, with accents of silver and onyx.  The kit also includes three lovely faery tubes created by RJ of Dazzarific.

You can purchase this kit at Wicked Diabla.
