Halloween is not just for scary designs.  You can do spooky and pretty with Lil Mz's Brainstorms' kit "Pretty Witch.  This gorgeous kit matches a lovely Lysisange tube of the same name, but can go well with a variety of Halloween tubes.  The kit contains 15 scenic and textured papers and over 130 elements to make your Halloween designs creepy, glamourous or a combination of both.  You can purchase both kit and tube at S&CO.
