NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written May 21, 2016.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.  I am using Kate Lee by Alehandra Vanhek.  You can purchase her here.)

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made to match kit by Lil Mz's Brainstorms, which you can find here.)
-- template of choice.  (I'm using template #25 by Beth.  Check out her blog for this template and lots of others to choose from.)
-- mask of choice.  I am using a mask by weescotslass.
-- the plugin Gradient Glow.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I am using Purple Shadow.

1.  Open template, duplicate, close original and save the template copy as your new canvas.

2.  Select four papers from your scrap kit, including two that are scenic or patterned and paste them in as new layers.

3.  Select the bar shapes if using the same template and merge these layers together. (or the bottom shape if a different template).  Go to your selections menu: select all, float, defloat, invert and then select your first paper and hit the delete key.

4.  Remove heart shape layer.  Select the "I" and "U" layers, merge them together.  Repeat step 3 with your second paper.

5.  Move the third paper down as the bottom layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

6.  Merge the circle shape layers together and use your magic wand to select INSIDE the circles (gray area)  Select your last paper.  Float > defloat > invert and hit delete key.  Repeat the above actions with the frame layer and your scenic paper.

7.  Use magic wand to click the circle borders (white area).  Floodfill with contrasting color from your kit.  In your effects menu, go to texture effects > texture and apply the following settings:

8.  Use magic wand to click the black border of the frame shape.  Floodfill with a color from your kit.  In your effects menu, go to texture effects > polished stone and use the default settings.

9.  Paste in your tube and add drop shadow.  Place on right hand side of canvas.

10.  Time for some elements.   Numbers/names apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Any directions for placement of elements are optional - you can follow them or or place where preferred.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

18 (heart bubbles) - 65%.  rotate 20 degrees left.  place behind the "I" and "U" shapes.  NO DROP SHADOW.
5 (flower branch) - 80%.  place along bottom of frame shape.
2 (white flowers) - 45%.  place below circle shape layer.  duplicate twice and place copies elsewhere.
65 (corner bow) - 35%.
25 (foil star) - 40%.  duplicate twice and place all layers below frame shape layer.
58 (large petal flower) - 30%.
10 (perfume bottle) - 25%.
82 (diamond scatter) - 70%.
107 (ring) - 15%
128 (lip gloss) - 20%
130 (compact) - 20%
30 (flower glitter) - place behind tube.  NO drop shadow.

11.  Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and place it to your liking.  In your effects menu, use the following Inner Bevel settings:

12.  In your plugins menu go to Gradient Glow and apply the following settings, but change colors to match your tube or kit:

 13.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
