NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written March 7, 2016.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I am using Bad Girl by Mariel.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice.   I am using a gorgeous matching kit also by Mariel of the same name, which you can purchase here.
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- masks by wynter and weescotslass.
-- font of choice.  I am using TagsXTreme.

1.  Open a new canvas, 750x750.  Select a star shaped frame from the kit and paste in.  Rotate frame 30 degrees left and reposition in center.

2.  Paste tube under frame, position to liking.  Apply basic drop shadow.  Click magic wand outside frame layer.  Selections > modify > expand by 8.  return to tube layer and hit delete key.

3.   Choose a patterned paper and paste under tube layer.  Repeat latter half of step 2.

4.  Choose two more papers and paste as bottom layers.   Apply one mask to each paper.  Merge each masked layer's group.

5.   Time for some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

95 (rose) - 45%.
71 (cell phone) - 70%.  rotate 10 degrees right.
40 (lips) -  20%
42 (sunglasses) - 30%.
20 (mascara) - 30%.
50 (clutch) - 35%.  place opposite of cell phone.  rotate 20 degrees left.  drop below above layers.
17 (nail polish) -  30%.
16 (boot) - 60%.  duplicate, move to create a pair and merge these layers together.  place behind clutch.
60 (Doberman) - 60%.  place behind clutch.
43 (sparkles) - paste in below tubeNO drop shadow.

6.   Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and rotate it 40 degrees left.  Position it on the cell phone screen3D effects > inner bevel and apply the following settings:

7.  Apply a drop shadow with the following settings:  3, 2, 90 and a light color from your tube or kit.

8.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
