NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written November 2, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube or tubes of choice.  If using two tubes, make sure at least one of them comes with a close-up layer. (I used Danny Lee's "Archer" and "Peeta, My Love"  You can purchase them at S&CO.)

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made-to-match kit "Peeta My Love" by Kizzed by Kelz.  you can purchase it here.)
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- font of choice.  I used WaterBrush ROB.

Banner:
1.  Open a new canvas, 600x250.  Choose a decorative or scenic paper (I chose Paper6) and paste into your canvas.  Drag or resize to show the area/colors you wish to show.

2.  Choose an element or frame (I chose element 75 - the tri-circular frame) and paste into your canvas.  Resize if needed and drag down to the bottom edge of the frame, so that only the frame's top edge appears.  Duplicate if needed and drag copies until the bottom of the canvas has frame edges all along it (if using the same kit I am, it will look something like this):

3.  Merge these layers together.  Duplicate it and flip (control-I) the copy so that the frame edges run along both the top and bottom of your banner.

4.  Paste in your first tube underneath the frame edge layers.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow and move to the left hand side of your banner.

[optional--if using two tubes] - Paste in your second tube or tube close-up.  Apply drop shadow and move to the right hand side of the banner.  Hide this layer for now.

5.  Let's jazz up your banner with some elements.  Numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

86 (tree) - 70%.  Place behind first tube.
66 (lantern) - 25%.  Place to left of first tube, half visible.
22 (duck in flight) - 15%.
16 (autumn leaves) - place behind first tube.
20 (golden leaf scatter) - 65%.  place on right hand side of banner.
36, 40, 44 (yellow flower in various blooming stages) - 15-20% (resize them differently).  line them up along the bottom edge of your banner.

6.  Unhide your second tube/close-up.  Lower the opacity to between 70-75%.

7.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  Effects > 3D effects > inner bevel and apply the following settings:

8.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow but change the color to one from your tube or kit.

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9/10 point.  Repeat the previous step if needed to make your copyright visible.

Avatar:
1.  Create new canvas - size 180x180.

2.  Paste in your paper from banner or a new paper of choice.  Resize your paper to 35% and/or drag to show the area/colors you wish to show.

3.   Paste in your tubes from your banner.  You may need to resize to ensure they both fit.  Position to your liking.

4.  Copy and paste in the frame edge layer.  Paste along the bottom of your avatar only.

5.  Copy and paste in the trio of flowers layer.  Resize to 55% and place in bottom center.  be sure not to block the face(s) of your tube(s)!

6.  Copy and paste in ONE of the leaf scatter layers.  Resize to 50% and drop below your tube(s).

7.  Repeat steps 7-9 from the banner directions for your initial and copyright/watermark layers.
