NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written May 18, 2013.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Neoracer's sexy Catwoman--you can buy her here at Scraps and the City.)
-- made-to-match scrap kit "RRRrrr" by Hania's Design.  you can also purchase this gorgeous kit at SATC here.
-- the plugins EyeCandy 4000 and Dynasty Software Snowblind.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3.
-- mask of choice.

 -- font of choice.

Let's get creating!

1.  Open element 88 (circle frame), duplicate, close original.

2.  Resize 60% smart size.  Drag it to the canvas' left side.  In your layer palette, duplicate, mirror, merge visible.

3.  Open Paper1 and paste it in.  Click outside the frames w your magic wand.  Selections > modify > expand by 5, invert, delete.

4.  Create new raster layer and floodfill with your choice of a color from scrap kit.  In your plugins menu, go to Dynasty Software > Snowblind and use these settings:

Apply your mask, merge group.  Send this layer to the bottom.

5.  Paste in tube closeup underneath the frames layer, move it to left side frame.  Click outside frames w magic wand.  Selections > modify > expand by 24, delete.

6.  Paste in cat on top of frames.  Position him so he is standing on the right hand side of the frame.

7.  It's element time.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.    Remember to apply basic drop shadow after each element is placed:
62, 50%, place in center where frames are connected.
53, 25%
16, 30%, place along bottom of frames
32, 30%
05, 50%, hang from center of frames
54, 65%

8.  Create new raster layer.  Type meow! several times in your font size of choice until it's a full line across the canvas.  Repeat several times until it covers all the area inside your frames.

9.  Drop text layer under tube.  Repeat magic wand instructions in step five.  In layer palette, lower it to 16% opacity, and blend mode luminance legacy.

10.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Go to effects > 3D effects > inner bevel with the following settings:

11.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy 4000 > Gradient Glow with the following settings:

12.  Create new raster layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.

13.  Create one more new raster layer, floodfill with white and send it to the bottom.  Crop out any excess white space if needed and save as png.

And you're all done...enjoy your new tag!
